Based on what I've read and seen around, it's best you milk them both in the early hours of the morning and in the evening, say around 6 a.m and in the evening when the sun is down.

But basically, milk yield is not affected directly by the timing of milking. managing milking times to ensure that all factors are kept at an optimal is more important and ensuring that the animals undergo less stress in the milking process.
